🛠 Important preparation note:

Dried lotus pods have very strong buoyancy and are very difficult to sink on their own. To successfully place them in your aquarium, we recommend the following procedure:

1. Place the pod in a bucket of water for approx. 24 hours and weigh it down with a stone so that it remains completely submerged.
2. After soaking, the pod will have acquired a soft, spongy consistency.
3. Carefully take the pod in your hand and gently squeeze it underwater until all air bubbles have escaped from the pores.

After this, the lotus pod will remain securely on the bottom and is ready for your aquascape!
