Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are grouped by shipping zones.
Subject to change, the exact shipping costs can be found in your order checkout.
Shipping Days
To better manage day-to-day operations as a small business, we ship your order between Tuesday and Friday.
You can check the status of your order at any time under "My Orders" if you have a customer account. In addition, you will receive updates via email, both with a customer account and as a guest.
Returns & Complaints
If something went wrong with your delivery or a product is missing, you don't need to worry. We are happy to help you with this.

Your Order Number
You can find your order number either in your emails or in your user account. Please share your order number and the affected products with us so that we can directly assign the order.
Missing Products
For missing products, we review video recordings of our packaging process. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can contact our shipping partner.
Further Coordination
Once we have the information, we will coordinate the next steps with you and find a suitable individual solution for your case.
Product Returns
If you wish to return products, we will gladly provide you with a return slip with a shipping label.
If you choose to return the package at your own expense, we unfortunately cannot cover these costs.
Please make sure to cushion and securely pack the products when packaging them.
Once we have received the package, we will inspect the products and promptly contact you to discuss the further process.
