ShrimpPuddle Moospad Pro Semicircular (with Magnetic Holder)
Green Oases on the Aquarium Glass – No Gluing or Tying Required!
Add impressive, natural accents to your aquarium panes: The compactly designed ShrimpPuddle Moospad Pro Semicircular is the latest innovation when it comes to easily creating and maintaining vertical moss surfaces in your aquarium. Forget hours of frustrating fiddling with sticky superglue or thin nylon thread. This clever pad system, with its elegant semicircular design, makes inserting moss shoots a breeze and creates a beautiful, species-appropriate environment for your shrimp.
Pro-Highlights at a glance:
- Now with a strong magnetic holder: Whether it's an open pool aquarium or a closed tank with a lid – the new, flexible magnetic holder is suitable for all aquariums with a glass thickness of up to 12 mm. No slipping, no suction cups that harden over time!
- New Hexagon Structure: The highly developed honeycomb structure of the grid ensures that even extremely fine, delicate moss species (such as various Fissidens species) find perfect grip and are not washed out by the filter current.
- Height-adjustable Click Lid: Perfectly designed for every growth phase! The lid can be flexibly adjusted in height. This ensures that even particularly thick, voluminous mosses and fine ferns (such as spring moss / Fontinalis and Süßwassertang) always have enough space to develop.
- Child's Play Application: The perfect solution for beginners and pros! Simply click open the lid, evenly distribute your desired moss in the pad tray, close the lid, fix it in the desired position with the magnet, and you're done.
🦐 Why moss is essential for your shrimp aquarium:
Especially when keeping invertebrates, moss is indispensable. Fine particles and food particles constantly get caught in its delicate branches. Furthermore, huge colonies of beneficial microorganisms and biofilms settle there. Your shrimp – and especially newly hatched offspring – find an inexhaustible, natural food source and the perfect, protected retreat after molting, right on the glass.
