Information on the Authenticity of Customer Reviews
How we ensure that the reviews in our shop come from real customers.
In short
Only customers who have placed an order with us can leave reviews. We collect reviews via the Judge.me service, check every review before publication, and also publish critical ones. For reviews with a photo or video, we thank you with a voucher.
Who can leave reviews
Only customers who have placed an order with us can leave reviews about our products and our shop. As a rule, they receive an invitation by email a few days after shipping.
How we ensure authenticity
We collect and display reviews using the Judge.me service (Judge.me Ltd., London). Judge.me assigns each review to the email address of the corresponding order in our shop. Reviews that have been successfully assigned carry the label "Verified".
In addition, we personally review every review before publication. We do not accept reviews from other sources.
Which reviews we publish
We publish both positive and negative reviews and do not change their text. Criticism helps us and other customers, which is why we do not withhold it.
To protect personality rights and ensure respectful treatment, we only refrain from publishing a review if it contains insults, swear words, or unlawful content, discloses the personal data of third parties, or is pure advertising or spam.
Voucher for reviews with a photo or video
For reviews that include a photo or video, we thank you with a voucher for a future order. The voucher is awarded for uploading the photo or video, regardless of the star rating and whether the review is positive or negative. Reviews for which a voucher has been awarded are marked accordingly. We do not provide any compensation for reviews without a photo or video.
Combined reviews for product ranges
Reviews for different sizes or versions of the same product range, for example our Moos Rückwand Pro in standard and XL size, are displayed together. This way you can see the experiences with the entire product range at a glance.
How the average rating is calculated
The displayed average rating is calculated from all published reviews of the respective product or product range or our shop since the beginning of collection. The number of underlying reviews is stated next to it.
