Ribwort plantain is a native medicinal herb that is still too little known in aquaristics: Rich in tannins, flavonoids, and terpenoids, it not only provides plant-based protein but also bioactive ingredients with health-promoting potential. Feeding Tip:

Alternating with other GARNELEN4YOU varieties, 1× per week approx. 1 cm stick for every 20 (large) shrimp. Plantain sticks can be well combined with spinach sticks and Hokkaido chips – this way you cover different groups of plant compounds weekly and offer your shrimp real food diversity. Well accepted by shrimp, crayfish, and snails.
