The GARNELEN4YOU® Ribwort Sticks are made from 100% pressed ribwort (Plantago lanceolata) produced regionally in Germany – with no additives whatsoever. Ribwort is a native medicinal herb that is still not well known enough in the aquarium hobby: rich in tannins, flavonoids and terpenoids, it provides not only plant protein but also bioactive compounds with health-promoting potential. A real insider tip for shrimp breeders who focus on natural diversity in their feeding plan. Developed by biologist and shrimp breeder Dr. Philipp T. Baumann.

Feeding recommendation:

Alternating with other GARNELEN4YOU varieties, feed 1× per week approx. 1 cm of stick per 20 (large) shrimp. Only give as much as is eaten within a few hours, and remove any leftovers afterwards. Ribwort Sticks can be easily combined with Spinach Sticks and Hokkaido Chips – this way you cover different plant compound groups weekly. Well accepted by shrimp, crayfish and snails.
