GlasGarten ShrimpFit is a special supplementary feed and immune booster for rapid activation of the immune system in ornamental shrimp. It contains beta-glucans, mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS), minerals, and chitin – active ingredients that strengthen and keep the shrimp's primitive, innate immune system responsive in various ways. Shrimp cannot build immunity – making a permanently active, well-trained defense system that quickly and effectively fights pathogens all the more important.

How GlasGarten ShrimpFit works:

• Beta-glucans activate immune cells: Beta-1,3-1,6-glucans are recognized by the immune system as quasi-pathogens – they train phagocytes (macrophages), activate the formation of other immune cells, and reduce the reaction time of the immune defense. No actual pathogen, just the immune system running at full speed.
• MOS for a healthy gut flora: Mannan-oligosaccharides promote probiotic bacteria in the gut and create a positive composition of the gut flora – the foundation for long-term health.
• Toxin binder: ShrimpFit binds ingested toxins in the gut and safely excretes them – less stress, stronger animal.
• Protective film on the intestinal mucosa: With regular feeding, a protective film forms in the gut that wards off pathogens before they can penetrate.
• Minerals & Chitin for smooth molting: Supports the development of the exoskeleton – less stress during molting, faster recovery.

Recommended dosage (per approx. 100 liters):

• First aid / Acute case: Immediately 1 heaped measuring spoon, repeat after 2 days
• Preventive, normal stocking: ½ measuring spoon twice a week
• Preventive, high stocking: 1 heaped measuring spoon twice a week
• 1 heaped measuring spoon = approx. 0.7 g. Do not feed any other food for a few hours before and after administration. Overdosing is not recommended – the effect lasts for several days.
