GlasGarten Mineral Junkie Bites are a supplementary feed specifically for invertebrates in aquariums. Minerals are vital for shrimp, crayfish, snails and crabs – but they cannot produce them themselves. The small soft sticks contain both inorganic and organically bound minerals to prevent deficiencies that manifest as molting problems, stunted growth and high mortality in young animals. In snails, they prevent shell erosion and support even, strong shell growth.

What Mineral Junkie Bites do for your animals:

• Complete mineral supply: Inorganic and organically bound minerals cover all essential needs – no deficiencies, no molting problems, healthy growth.
• Color optimization through minerals: The chromatophores (color cells) of shrimp are linked to muscles – optimal mineral supply can have a direct positive effect on coloration.
• Protection for snail shells: Prevents erosion and supports the development of strong, even shells in all aquarium snails.
• Herbal extracts & plant substances: Contains useful vegetarian ingredients and herbal extracts for agile and healthy animals – with very low protein and fat content that hardly affects the water.
• Also ideal as weekend/summer food: Due to the low water impact, it is perfect for longer absences.

Feeding recommendation:

1–2 times weekly as much as your animals eat within a few hours.
